Product experience: CAPS beauty & hair are by far my favourite capsules – they work so beautifully from head to toe. I’ve been taking them daily for over four years now and am genuinely impressed by the visible results. My hair feels noticeably stronger, my nails more resistant, and my skin has gained a healthy, luminous glow. Even fine lines have softened – and over time I’ve noticed a visible improvement in skin firmness and a reduction in wrinkle depth, which I attribute especially to the hyaluronic acid and wheat lipid extract. Both help retain moisture and visibly support skin elasticity.
Tip: I take three capsules in the evening with a glass of water, often accompanied by a vitamin C-rich orange juice to enhance absorption. I really like the organic juices from DM or the cold-pressed options from Hofer. On some days, I also combine them with a PACK antiox – it’s a perfect match.
