Entry & requirements
As a RINGANA Partner, you recommend those RINGANA products that you use yourself and are genuinely enthusiastic about. When a purchase results from your recommendation, you receive a fair commission. RINGANA takes care of all the organisational tasks such as shipping, invoicing and customer support – leaving you free to focus on sharing your experiences, inspiring others and guiding them along the way.
Your main task essentially covers three areas:
- Brand ambassador: You use the products yourself and share your enthusiasm authentically.
- Customer support: You help your customers discover the products that best meet their needs.
- Team guidance: If you choose to build a team, you support new partners on their journey into the business.
No. What you do need is a genuine passion for the products and a willingness to learn something new. And you’re not on your own: With the RINGANA academy, you’ll get access to product training, business strategies and motivational tools.
You’ll also receive free templates for social media, images and professional materials – all free of charge.

No. You’re self-employed and work on a commission basis – with no pressure or set targets. You define your own pace and goals.

Time & income
That’s entirely up to you. Some partners start with just a few hours a week alongside their job or family, while others turn it into their full-time business. Anything is possible – at your own rhythm.
You earn a fair, performance-based commission. The more people you inspire and the more your recommendations lead to purchases, the more you earn. Everything is calculated transparently and updated monthly.
On average, RINGANA pays out around 45% of the product price to its Partners. For comparison: in many other direct sales systems, that number is around 40%.
This means you benefit from above-average commissions – with a product portfolio that’s ethical, sustainable and truly inspiring.
No. Your income depends entirely on your personal effort. There’s no fixed salary – but there is real potential and unlimited opportunity.
The RINGANA target plan includes 10 levels. These reflect your progress and form the basis for your commission. The higher your level, the more you can earn – through personal customers and team performance. Commission increases in stages: At level 1, you receive 19% on your customer turnover, at level 2 it’s 29%, and from level 3 onwards even 39%.
From level 7, many partners report that they’re able to cover their living costs – often while enjoying full flexibility in their daily schedule.
Independence & structure
No. You choose when, where and how you work – from home, on the go, or alongside other projects. You’re free and independent.
No. You don’t need to hold stock or pre-purchase anything.
RINGANA takes care of everything: shipping, invoicing, payment processing – even reminders. You don’t need to chase anyone or handle money. Your focus stays on what you love: sharing, inspiring and supporting others.
Absolutely not! Pyramid schemes are illegal, and RINGANA clearly distances itself from anything of the sort. The focus here is on selling high-quality, fresh products – not just recruiting people. You earn through product sales – not through headhunting.
Yes! There are no income limits based on hierarchy and no bonuses just for recruiting. Anyone can rise in the commission plan – even faster than their own mentor.
