Perhaps you have been thinking for a while about making a change. More freedom in everyday life. More meaning in what you do. Or simply the question of whether there might be something beyond the traditional career path.
At the same time, there may also be hesitation. Too many promises, too many success stories, too little honest context.
That is exactly why this article exists.
Not to persuade you, but to offer clear, calm orientation. So that you can decide for yourself whether – and how – the RINGANA partner model might fit into your life.
Why so many people are interested in the RINGANA partner model
Today, many people are looking for more than just a conventional job.
They are seeking:
- time flexibility
- work with a sense of purpose
- an income that adapts to life – not the other way round
At the same time, scepticism is understandable. Terms such as network marketing or direct sales often trigger initial reservations. And that is perfectly reasonable.
All the more important, then, to place the RINGANA partner model into clear and honest perspective.
What does it formally mean to be a RINGANA partner?
As a RINGANA partner, you operate on a self-employed basis. You are not an employee and do not receive a fixed salary.
The model is based on recommendations:
- You recommend products that you genuinely stand behind
- Interested customers order through your personal partner webshop
- If a purchase is made, you receive a commission
You do not store products, send parcels or deal with invoicing, reminders or shipping. These processes are handled by RINGANA.
In short: You share your experience and guide interested customers in their purchasing decision – the entire administrative process runs in the background.
Self-employment and trade registration
Anyone who actively uses the RINGANA partnership to generate income operates on a self-employed basis and will generally require a registered trade or business.
In Austria, initial information can be obtained from the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber (WKO), particularly regarding legal and tax-related matters. The actual trade registration is then completed online via the Austrian Trade Information System (GISA).
In Germany, trade registration is usually carried out through the relevant local trade office at your place of residence or business. Information on requirements and procedures is available from the Chambers of Industry and Commerce (IHK) as well as local authorities.
Important to know:
- The RINGANA partnership is a self-employed activity
- RINGANA itself does not provide official advice or verification regarding trade registration
- Legal and tax responsibility rests with each individual partner
There is no time pressure. Many people take time to inform themselves thoroughly before deciding whether, and to what extent, they wish to pursue this path.
Getting started, costs and starter sets
One of the most common questions is: What does it cost to become a RINGANA partner?
Becoming a RINGANA partner is essentially free of charge. There is no mandatory starter package, no minimum turnover requirement and no ongoing fixed costs. This allows you to explore whether the business model suits you and your life – without financial pressure.
For those who wish, RINGANA also offers optional starter sets. In addition to a free basic version, there is a paid Business Booster starter set for 34 euros, which can make getting started noticeably easier. It includes additional materials and tools such as vouchers for acquiring new customers and your personal partner webshop, helping you gain orientation more quickly and start in a structured way.
From experience, many new partners choose the Business Booster starter set because it provides reassurance and clarity at the beginning. At the same time, it is important to emphasise that selecting a starter set is entirely voluntary and not a prerequisite for success or income. The right choice depends on your personal pace, goals and individual approach.
The starter set is selected as part of the partner application process. Once the application has been submitted, the chosen starter set cannot be changed.
Income and commission
How much can you earn with RINGANA? This is one of the most common – and also one of the most difficult – questions to answer. Income at RINGANA is performance-based and depends largely on individual commitment.
Income is generally generated in two ways:
- through commission on recommended products
- optionally through building a team
Commissions are regulated within a clearly structured and transparent target level plan. This plan comprises 10 levels and is designed so that as customer turnover and team structure grow, the commission rate increases accordingly. In other words, the more consistently and sustainably the business develops, the higher the commission may become.
In practice, depending on time investment, personal focus and continuity, this can develop into a supplementary income of several hundred euros per month. With long-term commitment and sustained growth, higher monthly income levels are possible.
It is important to maintain realistic expectations:
- There is no income guarantee
- Success does not happen overnight
- Time, consistency, personal attitude and relationship-building play a central role
For some, RINGANA represents additional income alongside their existing work.
For others, it gradually develops into an independent business.
Both are possible.
Nothing happens automatically.
Ending the partnership and contractual framework
A question many people ask is: What happens if you realise this path is not right for you?
The RINGANA partner agreement is concluded for an indefinite period. There is, however, a statutory withdrawal period of two weeks after signing the contract. Termination is also possible thereafter. There is no long-term contractual tie-in in the traditional sense and no hidden penalty payments.
In addition, RINGANA reserves the right to terminate the partnership with immediate effect if a partner remains inactive for 12 consecutive months – in particular, if no turnover is generated during a twelve-month period (customer turnover of zero).
This means there is no traditional minimum contract term or long-term obligation. However, anyone who remains inactive over an extended period should be aware that the company may terminate the partnership. Transfer of the partnership to third parties is only possible with the company’s consent.
For me personally, this clarity was important. True self-employment means not only the freedom to build something, but also the freedom to walk away.
Support and tools
RINGANA provides partners with various tools, including:
- an online academy
- training and further education, such as product training
- digital working and information materials, including social media templates
- a personal partner webshop
- support from a mentor
- assistance from the wider RINGANA team
These resources can make getting started easier, but they do not replace personal responsibility. Motivation, implementation and the individual journey always remain with the person themselves.
Who the RINGANA partner model may suit
The model may be well suited to people who:
- wish to work independently
- enjoy sharing their experiences
- think long term
- are patient
- are willing to take responsibility
… and who it may not suit
It may not be the right fit if you:
- expect quick success
- require constant direction
- prefer to invest minimal personal initiative
- are looking for a model that runs “on the side” without effort
That, too, is part of an honest assessment.

And what happens next if the idea stays with you?
Perhaps while reading you felt: This could be for me.
Or perhaps: This is not right for me at the moment.
Both are completely valid.
