RINGANA Gut Support Programme: holistic support for your microbiome

If you are searching for “RINGANA gut support programme”, you probably want to know:
How does it work? Which products are included? And how can you combine them in a meaningful way?

In my article “The secret world of the gut”, I have already explained why our microbiome is so important for our immune system, energy levels and overall well-being.

Here, it is all about the practical side: how can you specifically support your gut flora and digestion?

What is the RINGANA gut support programme?

RINGANA does not offer a medical treatment in the traditional sense. What I mean here is a targeted combination of selected products that may support your microbiome in the long term:

Optionally, this can be complemented by the FRESH packs ABC concept if you would like to support your body more holistically.

The idea behind it is simple: introduce new bacterial strains while also giving them the nourishment they need.

Probiotics vs. prebiotics: The crucial difference

Many people take probiotics, but forget about prebiotics.

CAPS beyond biotic: the probiotic support

beyond biotic provides over 21 billion live microorganisms per daily dose of three capsules, from ten carefully selected bacterial strains. Supplemented with riboflavin, vitamin D3 and vitamin B12, it supports:

  • the gut flora
  • mucous membrane function
  • general well-being

But new bacteria alone are not enough.

FRESH pack cleansing: the prebiotic foundation

The German Nutrition Society (DGE) and the Austrian Nutrition Society (ÖGE) recommend at least 30 g of fibre per day.

Many people do not reach this amount. FRESH pack cleansing provides 11 g of fibre per sachet and can help supplement your daily intake in a simple, targeted way.

Fibre has a prebiotic effect. It serves as food for the “good” gut bacteria. Without enough fibre, newly introduced bacteria cannot survive in the long term. That is why this combination is so important.

My personal approach: how I do my gut support routine

After my 12-day Otto Buchinger fasting programme, which I do once a year, my gut feels particularly receptive to a structured rebuilding phase. It is important for me to say: you do not have to fast in order to start supporting your gut. This is simply my personal approach.

Immediately afterwards, I begin my targeted build-up phase. During this time, I take three packs of CAPS beyond biotic one after the other, using three capsules a day. This gives my microbiome consistent support over several weeks and enough time to stabilise sustainably. At the same time, I start my 30-day FRESH packs ABC programme to support not only my gut, but my whole body after fasting.

Regardless of fasting, I regularly include FRESH pack cleansing around two to three times a week, especially during phases when I feel I am not getting enough fibre. CAPS beyond biotic, on the other hand, is something I use specifically once a year as an intensive build-up phase.

My routine during the build-up phase:

  • pack cleansing in the morning with at least 250 ml of water
  • three capsules of beyond biotic daily
  • pack antiox and pack balancing spread throughout the day
  • an overall plant-based, fibre-rich diet

Important: fibre needs fluid. After the cleansing shake, I also drink an extra glass of water, at least 250 ml. Drinking enough helps the fibre swell properly and may help prevent possible constipation.

If you are sensitive, you can start with half a sachet of cleansing for the first five days and gradually increase the amount.

Many people generally consume too little fibre. If the gut suddenly receives more of it, it may react sensitively at first – and that is completely normal. Give it time.

Do I have to combine FRESH packs ABC and CAPS beyond biotic for the gut support programme?

No.

If you specifically want to support your microbiome, the combination of CAPS beyond biotic and FRESH pack cleansing is completely sufficient.

The ABC concept is an additional, holistic extension – but it is not a requirement for supporting your gut.

What are the FRESH packs ABC?

The ABC concept is not a pure gut support programme, but a comprehensive approach to balance and cell protection:

I use the ABC concept twice a year as a 30-day build-up phase – in spring and autumn, as a conscious preparation for the colder season.

For me, the focus is not only on the gut, but also on my overall inner balance, my energy and a feeling of lightness.

The path to health leads through the kitchen, not the pharmacy.

Who might benefit from a RINGANA gut support programme?

Targeted support can be particularly interesting for:

  • a feeling of fullness or bloating
  • a low-fibre diet
  • stressful phases
  • after taking antibiotics, in consultation with a doctor
  • after a period of fasting

Important: a gut support programme does not replace a balanced diet – but it can complement it in a meaningful way.

My conclusion

For me, the RINGANA gut support programme is not a short-term trend, but a well-thought-out combination: probiotics for targeted support, prebiotic fibre as daily nourishment and a plant-based diet as a stable foundation.

It is this interplay that creates the conditions for a diverse, resilient microbiome – and for me, this is where sustainable health begins.

A gentle final thought

Holistic health begins from within. If this topic excites you as much as it does me, and you can imagine supporting others on their journey towards more balance, the business behind RINGANA could also be exciting for you.👉 Become a RINGANA partner
