SPORT endurance

Info: SPORT endurance is an isotonic drink for intensive endurance training. The balanced combination of fast and complex carbohydrates provides immediately available and long-lasting energy. Minerals such as magnesium, calcium and potassium support the electrolyte balance and help to maintain muscle function – for more endurance, less muscle fatigue and improved performance.

Product experience: When I run longer distances – i.e. 10 km or more – SPORT endurance is a great support for me. Especially on days when I feel a bit low on energy or haven’t eaten anything before training, I like to take it. I can also take it very well on an empty stomach and can feel the energy coming on shortly after drinking it and I can start my training with more power. The fresh, fruity taste took a little getting used to at first, as it is slightly salty and acidic – but I now find it really pleasant and refreshing, especially when chilled.

Tip: I usually mix SPORT endurance with 500 ml of still water – this gives me the ideal isotonic solution for longer training sessions. For shorter sessions, 600-700 ml of water is also sufficient – this makes the solution a little thinner and ensures even faster fluid absorption. If you like, you can add a slice of lemon or some mint. If I want to increase my performance even more, I combine SPORT endurance with the SPORT push capsules – this combination gives me even more energy and stamina for longer sessions.
