I am a qualified vegan nutrition trainer and enthusiastic RINGANA partner. I love nature – especially the forest. When I’m not rowing on the Salzach, I love running. I prefer my coffee black, I eat a vegan diet, exercise at least four times a week, meditation and yoga are my favorite ways to relax and I’m a fan of figs, kimchi, gin, green tea and the 6-minute diary.
