RINGANA business experiences: what it really feels like in everyday life

Experiences with the RINGANA business cannot be reduced to a single sentence. Because there isn’t just one story. There are many different life situations, different expectations, different paths of development.

What they share is this: hardly anyone starts with a fixed plan. And very few people know at the beginning exactly where the journey will lead.

My beginning: conviction through values not through a business promise

My journey began in 2020 in the most classic way – through the products.

A dear acquaintance told me about RINGANA. I bought the Facial Set Light from her and was impressed from the very beginning.

Not only by the freshness of the products, but by the bigger picture behind them:

  • sustainable production
  • environmental and animal protection
  • a vegan philosophy
  • an Austrian company producing regionally

It was important to me to make conscious choices with my consumption and to support a company whose values I genuinely share.

Sustainability, environmental protection and animal welfare have been part of my life for a long time. I have been vegan for six years and, back in 2014, I wrote my bachelor’s thesis on the effects of climate change in the Hohe Tauern National Park.

What convinced me deeply was that, at RINGANA, these topics are not marketing claims but lived principles.

The business opportunity: not planned but recognised

The business aspect was not my initial focus. But I quickly realised that there was more behind the products: an opportunity to work independently, without major risk, without obligations and without financial pressure.

Self-employment had always interested me. I was open to it – but realistic enough to know that not every idea automatically works out.

I didn’t know what to expect.

But I knew this: I had nothing to lose.

So I decided to give it a try.

Everyday experience: freedom and responsibility

One thing many experiences share – including my own – is this: the freedom is real and valuable. But it does not come without responsibility.

Today, I can organise my day entirely as I choose.

  • No asking for holiday approval
  • No discussions about bridge days
  • No guilty feelings when I’m unwell
  • No fixed working hours
  • No “Am I allowed?”

Since November 2025, I have been working fully self-employed and this freedom feels right for me.

At the same time, that freedom means:

  • making decisions independently
  • creating your own structure
  • continuing even when no one is watching

“Your own effort determines how this business develops. You can’t blame anyone else – but that is exactly where the freedom lies.” – Christina

No one tells me when or how much to work.
But success depends on no one else either.

The challenges: when nothing seems to happen and you continue anyway

Honest experiences also include this: there are phases when the business stagnates. Times when you have conversations, show up, share information, stay open and still gain no new customers or partners. No matter what you try.

“There are periods when you invest a great deal without seeing immediate results. Looking back, those phases often became the foundation for later growth.” – Peter

These phases are challenging. And they are normal.

I have heard “no” many times. And more than once, a “no” turned into a “yes” months or even years later. Not because I pushed but because people need time. None of these conversations are wasted. You are planting seeds. Trust often grows quietly in the background long before it becomes visible.

Staying consistent does not mean becoming louder. It means remaining reliable, authentic and clear.

Growth instead of shortcuts

Many experiences show this: this business is not a quick win, but a process. It does not move in a straight line. It comes in waves. There are phases of doubt, slower growth, or moments when you need to realign yourself. That is part of it.

“Growth doesn’t mean constantly moving upwards. There are plateaus – and that is where you decide whether to continue.” – Anna

You learn:

  • to speak with people
  • to show yourself
  • to deal with uncertainty
  • to accept a “no”
  • to build trust
  • to develop patience

It is precisely this honesty that makes the journey valuable – because it does not have to be perfect.

Income: individual, not guaranteed

This too is part of reality: income is performance-based and varies greatly.

Many people use RINGANA as a side income. Others – like me today – build it as their independent business.

There is no guarantee, no uniform outcome, no fixed amount. But there is the opportunity to build something of your own step by step – at your own pace and in line with your current life phase.

Who this path may suit and who it may not

From all these experiences, one thing is clear: This business is not for everyone.

It may suit people who:

  • want to live their values
  • appreciate freedom
  • are willing to take responsibility
  • are prepared to learn, grow and stay committed – even during quieter phases

Those who need fixed structures, clear instructions and guaranteed income may find it more challenging.

This is also why some people look back and speak of negative experiences with RINGANA. Often, these were less about the company itself and more about expectations that did not align with the model – such as wanting fast results or clearly defined external structures.

I have also seen partners stop after some time. Some felt their environment was too sceptical. Others believed, “People here simply don’t want something like this.” The framework is the same for everyone: the commission model, the products and the support. What differs are expectations, approach, patience and the way setbacks are handled.

Not every “no” means the model does not work. Sometimes it simply requires time or a shift in perspective. And sometimes it is simply not the right life phase for this path.

I am convinced that sheer perseverance accounts for at least half of what separates successful entrepreneurs from those who are not.

My conclusion

My journey with RINGANA was not a perfectly planned decision, but a conscious step into the unknown.

Out of enthusiasm for the products.
Out of conviction in the values.
And out of the desire to work independently.

Today I know: These experiences have developed me not only professionally, but personally.

Not because everything was easy.
But because it felt right to continue even when it was uncomfortable.
