Ingredients
- 100 g dried dates
- 50 g rolled oat
- 50 g walnuts
- 2 tbsp rum (54 % vol.)
- 1 pinch gingerbread spice mix
- 2 tbsp coconut flakes
Instructions
- Finely chop the walnuts and dates – I simply placed both in a food processor.
- Combine all the ingredients, except the coconut, in a bowl and knead thoroughly.
- Shape into even balls and roll in the coconut flakes.
