Info: SPORT endurance is an isotonic drink designed for intensive endurance training. Its balanced combination of fast and complex carbohydrates delivers both immediate and long-lasting energy. Product experience: When I go for longer runs – 10 km or more – SPORT endurance is a great support. Especially on days when I feel low on energy or haven’t eaten before training, I like to rely on it. I tolerate it very well even on an empty stomach, and I can feel the energy kick in shortly after drinking – giving me the power to start my session strong. The fresh, fruity taste took a bit of getting used to at first, as it’s slightly salty and tart – but now, especially chilled, I find it really pleasant and refreshing.

Tip: I usually mix SPORT endurance with 500 ml of still water – this creates the ideal isotonic solution for longer sessions. For shorter sessions, 600–700 ml also works well – it makes the mix a bit lighter and helps with even quicker fluid absorption. You can also add a slice of lemon or some mint for extra freshness. When I want to push my performance even further, I combine SPORT endurance with the SPORT push capsules – a great combo that gives me even more stamina and energy on longer runs.
