Especially after intensive workouts, I notice how the fermented pea and rice protein with its optimal amino acid profile is well absorbed by the body. I am fit again more quickly and have much less muscle soreness – that makes all the difference for me.

Tip: I prefer to mix the SPORT protein with oat milk and half a banana – it makes a creamy shake that fills me up and gives me energy for the rest of the day. Sometimes I add a pinch of cinnamon. For a lighter version after shorter sessions, I simply use water – the shake is refreshing and quick to prepare.
