I’m a certified vegan nutrition trainer and also hold a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Business. Today, I’m an enthusiastic RINGANA partner and blogger. I have a deep love for nature – especially the forest. When I’m not rowing on the Salzach, you’ll often find me out running. I prefer my coffee black, eat a vegan diet, exercise at least four times a week, and find my balance through meditation and yoga. I’m also a big fan of figs, kimchi, gin, green tea and the 6-minute diary.
