It is important for me to say: you do not have to fast in order to start supporting your gut. This is simply my personal approach. <\/p><p>Immediately afterwards, I begin my targeted build-up phase. During this time, I take three packs of <strong>CAPS beyond<\/strong> <strong>biotic<\/strong> one after the other, using <strong>three capsules a day<\/strong>. This gives my microbiome consistent support over several weeks and enough time to stabilise sustainably. After the cleansing shake, I also drink an extra glass of water, at least 250 ml. Drinking enough helps the fibre swell properly and may help prevent possible constipation.  <\/p>\n<p>If you are sensitive, you can start with half a sachet of cleansing for the first five days and gradually increase the amount.<\/p>\n<p>Many people generally consume too little fibre. If the gut suddenly receives more of it, it may react sensitively at first \u2013 and that is completely normal.
